I have visited chiropractors before a few times in my life, but I always felt worse when I left. All I am reading on-line is so confusing. Some docs say go for it, it will help your back, while others say it may relieve pain temporarily while others say, stay away. I have a prescription for muscle relaxers but all I want to do is sleep when I take them. I thought of trying the chiropractor option again but man, decisions decisions…

I need to lose about 10 to 15 pounds, that will ease my back pain a little but I am also considering surgery. Anyone out there had the surgery for scoliosis as an adult?

Just found the app, “Training Peaks” it tracks everything, puts your workouts in graphs and merges with the “MyFitnessPal” app. Also learning to use from couch to 5K, but I’ve only did 1 Run/walk in the last 3 days. I have almost no energy. Just finished my college course and haven’t registered for another as yet. The only thing I can seem to get right at this point is, overeat and read all about cycling and running.

I need some motivation.
