Hi all. I am starting a new adventure and journey in my life. I have some limitations that I am trying to conquer. I will be riding my bike, learning new yoga moves, run/walk and enjoying this beautiful island of Oahu before it’s time for us to go. This will be a huge change from my current routine. I will have to make myself available for myself, something I am not use to doing.

I will share with you my experiences and what I learn about fitness and dealing with scoliosis. Running has always been hard for me, and not liking it doesn’t help. My goal is to push through and do what works for me and my health.
